Co-ordinating a conference is a demanding task and one of the most important contributions toward a successful event is the choice of the right venue. This where we come in.
CVBS provides a FREE worldwide venue research service for all your corporate event needs – conferences, events, product launches and incentives to name a few. From a small corporate lunch to a major residential conference CVBS can do all the leg work for you.
All it takes is a phone call or an email to your CVBS office in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and provide them with your brief and the process is then set in motion – we research for available and suitable venues to suit your brief, then put all the collated information into a proposal and have it at your desk within 24-48 hours.
You control the whole process from venue selection through to completion. Contract and billing arrangements are handled directly between yourself and the venue, providing you, the conference organiser with complete control of your event.
